We want you to be completely satisfied with your high-performance activewear. If you are not happy with your purchase, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print at home.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, ensuring all Heroine Sport tags remain intact and the packing slip is included.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
